In the event of a breakdown, Scott Foster, a Cadillac & Saab Factory Trained Technician and Employee of Delaware Cadillac & Saab, will arrive in our specially equipped Roadside Service Escalade, stocked with such items as new batteries and other tools to fix the problem! 

Roadside Service is for the following Issues:  

  • Out of Gas
  • Flat Tire
  • No Start
  • Locked Out
  • Any other Mechanical issue 

In the event of a Breakdown, all you have to do is call Cadillac or Saab’s National Roadside Assistance phone numbers (for Warranty Coverage), and Scott will be on his way to get you back on your way!  Or, Call Scott directly!

Your GM vehicle should be running monthly diagnostic checks and sending you a monthly e-mail with the result.  But it can’t unless you sign up for OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics.

Stay in Control of vehicle maintenance, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing the condition of your vehicle’s key operating systems.

Dealer Maintenance Notification is a helpful new feature that comes with OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics.  It lets us US, your Servicing Dealer, know what’s going on with your vehicle, as reported in your OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics monthly e-mail.  We will even contact you to set up an appointment if you need service!

Dealer Maintenance Notification provides updates to us when your vehicle needs:

  • Oil Changes
  • Outstanding Recalls
  • Mileage-Based Maintenance

Signing up is Easy:

Visit www.onstar.com, click on My Account and then on Update Dealer Information to enroll

OR

  1. Open your monthly OnStar Vehicle Diagnostic e-mail.
  2. Scroll to Dealer Information and click on Update Dealer Information.
  3. Review your Dealer Information and select the Notify My GM Dealer check box.
  4. Click on Save Changes

OR

Press your blue OnStar button in your vehicle.
